Brown McFarlane’s head quarters in the UK are based in Stoke-on-Trent which is also the site of its warehouse and processing facilities. The Group functions overseeing operations, finance, and procurement for all Brown McFarlane companies around the world are also based here.

The sales team looking after England and Wales is also based in Stoke while Brown McFarlane’s office in Glasgow house the sales function for Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the northern counties of England. It is also still the company’s registered address reflecting the fact that we started our business here more than 120 years ago.

All of the company’s export activities are based in Walsall and this includes business development, marketing, direct export sales, shipping and logistics, and support for overseas subsidiaries in Dubai, Singapore, and South Africa. The Stainless division also has its home in Walsall looking after sales of that product in the U.K, Ireland, and export markets.
