Sales Administrator Stoke-on-Trent

To provide administrative support to the sales team. Initially reporting to the Sales Director – this a key role within Brown McFarlane’s commercial team.


  • Order raising, reviewing and checking using our ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

  • Supporting Account Managers with administrative tasks.

  • Inputting and sending of enquiries/quotations/order confirmations.

  • Contact Maintenance.

  • Customer service interaction.

  • Involvement in project work.

  • Involvement with our International business.

  • Order expediting.

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge an advantage.

  • You will also become fully competent in the sales function; liaising with customers, creating quotes, working with other departments in the business.

The Hours
The contracted hours are 36.25 hours per week. 

Work will be varied and dynamic. It is important the successful candidate can communicate well and demonstrate good customer service skills.
