Due to Brown McFarlane’s continual growth and commitment to providing our customers with an integrated, turnkey solution for carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steels and grinding steels, we have expanded our service offering with the inclusion of a specialist precision engineering facility. The new facility contains 41 machines capable of producing high-quality steel products.
Brown McFarlane Precision Engineering can machine a wide range of ferrous and nonferrous materials from low end materials such as low carbon steels and brass or higher end materials such as wear plate or Nickel copper alloys.
With a skilled and motivated work force backed up with continual investment we are continuing to grow to meet customer demands and expectations with a combination of innovation and experience.

Utilising the latest CAD / CAM software (Fusion 360) we are able to interpret your 3D models and 2D files enabling us to out put them directly to our CNC machines.

CNC Milling
Brown McFarlane Precision Engineering are capable of producing precision components to the highest quality utilising our CNC machining centres.
Our milling machines can produce quality components in a wide range of materials such as carbon steels, stainless steel, alloy steels and even plastics to serve numerous industries such as construction, oil and gas and many more.
With the latest technology and a highly skilled and motivated workforce we can ensure that every component that gets machined by us is completed to a meticulous standard.

CNC Turning
To compliment our milling capabilities, we have a dedicated cell of CNC lathes. Whether it be a one-off prototype or large batch of components in a variety of materials such as stainless steel, brass & aluminium.
Utilising our CNC turning centres and our highly trained operators we can cut processing times whilst still maintaining the highest standard we set ourselves.

Toolmaking
Utilising our CNC machining capabilities and aided by our conventional machines we can take our customer drawings and design a tool that will produce a quality finished component every time.
Whether you require a brand new tool designing or a refurb to an existing tool our highly skilled and experienced workforce can assist and advice the best possible solution in a fast lead time whilst maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.
